That's right! The Paper Pickle is open late EVERY Wednesday this summer to coincide with the Fourth Street Market. Store hours are 10am-8pm! Market Hours are 4pm-8pm. We are now in the second week of the market and I am so excited. Why? Well.....rumour has it that an amazing up and coming baker will be on the scene! I bet you can guess who I am talking about!

To tell you the truth, I am not quite sure what Jen is whipping up for The Market. All I know is that EVERYTHING I have ever tasted of Jen's has been unbelievable! Now, you may say I am just a wee bit biased but really....I have never tasted such delicious cakes, cookies, cupcakes, tarts, etc. Above is a pretty little cupcake. Each and every ingredient is measured to perfection and is sure to please.
Homebaked Kitchen company will have her product offering cards and business cards tomorrow! Gift certificates will also be available for any last minute teacher gifts! I gave all our teachers gift certificates for 1 dozen cupcakes which they could redeem whenever they needed something a little special.
